Public Note: I found this book during a time of healing sitting on the floor after visiting the twin towers. I thought “wow what a powerful moment. A book called healing sitting on the floor calling out to me” so I read it at night before bed and was introduced to Hoʻoponopono. I had never heard this before. Didn't think much of it. Well now I’m in a different part of my healing journey and Hoʻoponopono is helping me deal with forgiveness with myself and with my abuser in a past relationship. I am slowly learning to free myself from this grasp so I thank you for this introduction to this and for sharing bits of your story. Your book is now in Florida and I originally found it a year ago. I plan to read it again with new eyes and then share it with my community.
